Rejuran – Polynucleotide Injectable Gel

Rejuran is a sterile injectable gel containing sodium polynucleotide. It is administered by a qualified health practitioner using a thin gauge needle into the mid to deep dermis. The procedure is performed under sterile conditions (TGA, 2026).

Potential side effects and risks may include:

  • Redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site

  • Tenderness or discomfort during or after the procedure

  • Itching or irritation

  • Infection or allergic reaction

Recovery and individual experience

  • Some mild swelling or redness may persist for a few days following the procedure.

  • Most people are able to return to normal daily activities immediately, although minor discomfort at the injection site may last for several days.

  • Individual responses vary. Recovery time and experience may differ between people.

  • Outcomes experienced by one person do not necessarily reflect the outcomes that other people may experience.
